"Legba/Houmfort" is HHY & The Macumbas' debut release, transcribing into record the band's feverish onstage perfomances.
Heavily loaded with voodoo imagery (both in its artwork and titles), "Legba/Houmfort" presents the vynil object as partly grimoire, partly scrying mirror-disc, a magic container for two tracks of Macumba-Dub sonic sorcery.
